Refund policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not satisfied, we've made the return process easy.
We have a 14-calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days after the return approval date. Returns postmarked after 14 days from the return approval date will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker intact (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided by the representative that assisted in the return approval process.
If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under any circumstances. We will not be responsible for return label cost back to the recipient for the rejected items either.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like subscription services, digital products, perishable items, Other non-returnable items — i.e. personalized items, beauty, and health products. Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, and any other items for which return, or exchange is noted as not being supported. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
Important Notice
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide. We will not be responsible for return label cost back to the recipient for items returned to any address other then the one provided in the emailed return instructions.
Please make sure you do not include non-Jade Supply Co items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 14 calendar days after the return label was issued.
